Agreement to these terms

By using a Mobime app or service, you agree to follow these Terms and the laws that apply where you live.

Our apps, software, designs, and other materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Use license

Mobime gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app on a compatible device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use the app, but you do not own its software or materials.

Under this license, you may not:

• modify, copy, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the materials except where the app expressly allows it;
• use the materials for a commercial purpose or public display without written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code, unless the law expressly allows it;
• remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
• transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server.

This license ends automatically if you break these restrictions. Mobime may also end it at any time. If that happens, you must stop using the Services and delete any downloaded materials you still have.

Your content and privacy

You own the content you create or select. You give Mobime permission to process it only when needed for the feature you choose. This could include identifying an image, solving a problem, generating artwork, syncing a backup, or sharing media. You can learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The Services and their materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobime disclaims all express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Mobime does not warrant that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained through the Services will be accurate or reliable.

Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobime and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or your inability to use them. This includes loss of data, profit, goodwill, or business.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Accuracy of materials

Our Services may occasionally contain technical, typographical, or visual errors. We cannot promise that every detail will always be accurate, complete, or current. We may update the Services and their content at any time.

Our apps may link to websites or services run by other companies. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not mean that Mobime endorses the service. Its own terms and policies will apply when you use it.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, practices, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, except where the consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise.
